Welcome

E-mail Print PDF

Welcome to Shadowsprite.  Browsing around this site you can find some code samples and tutorials for various languages and concepts.  You can also find GPS maps as well as raw map data if you wish to make your own, as well as other utilities that I may make and decide to put up.  There are many sites out there that teach programming languages and concepts.  This site isn't really for that, and is really more of a personal diversion than anything else.  That said, if you have a question feel free to email me and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. About This Site

E-mail Print PDF

This site is really just my personal test bed.  I try different web based languages here, such as PHP, ruby on rails, etc...  I build utilities and then delete them and build some more.  That said, If I post a piece of content I will try to make sure it stays up somewhere, so if you suddenly can't find something send me an email.  This site isn't supposed to make money, or be comprehensive on any one subject.  It is just a place for me to post information I like and act as my own repository of code and data.  If you find something that helps you, then that is a bonus.  If you have any recommendations for the site then by all means let me know and I'll see if it is something I can do.

Unless otherwise stated, all code, content, pictures, etc... are freely copyable and distributable.  I would appreciate a link back if you post some of my stuff online though.

About The Author

I go by krellor, which is a name I have used online since I first logged onto a MUD many years ago.  Since then I have taken classes and worked in a variety of fields.  Currently I am working as a mainframe systems programmer, which basically means I build and install things on IBM mainframes.  Before that I was a software developer for Windows based applications, and before that I did encryption analysis for the US government.  I dabble in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Inorganic Chemistry.  I am signed up as krellor on a number of different websites, old and new.  If I used to be signed up on your site, and disappeared, well, now you found me.
